Recover ($39 per month)

Recover is our most accessible membership. It is ideal for anyone who wants consistent support without a large commitment. It helps you stay ahead of pain, get quick guidance when something feels off, and enjoy discounted access to performance and recovery services.

A direct line to a movement specialist for simple check-ins and quick advice

Perform ($99 per month)

Perform is designed for active individuals who want regular, hands-on support to keep their bodies operating at a high level. Whether you train consistently, have a physically demanding job, or want structured monthly maintenance, Perform provides the tune-ups your body needs.

Perform includes all Recover benefits plus: One Recharge session each month for targeted work, early detection, and proactive corrections.

Excel ($349 per month)

Excel is our most comprehensive membership. It is designed for individuals who want consistent, high-touch care and a deeper partnership with their movement specialist.

Excel includes all Recover benefits plus: Five Recharge sessions each month for regular maintenance and optimized performance.

Baseline Assessment

Your membership begins with a comprehensive Baseline Assessment, a personalized evaluation designed to help you get the most out of Kinetic Edge Direct.

During this session, your movement specialist will:

Identify your strengths and areas that may need support
Establish your personalized comfort and performance goals
Build a tailored plan for your first several months of membership
Help you prioritize which services will benefit you most
Give you actionable insights you can use immediately

Cost: $49 (retail value $150)

Good news: This fee is waived for clients transitioning directly from active physical therapy into a membership, since much of this information has already been established in your plan of care.
